How To Setup Zoocracy
To set up Zoocracy, each player starts with a pool of food tokens, a Political Goal marker, a Seat marker, and a Vote marker. Ten food tokens are set aside as Party Funds, while the rest are placed in the general supply. Players position their Political markers in the entry area of the zoo board and their Seat markers next to the Parliament track. The Event cards and Action card decks are shuffled, with each player dealt two Action cards. The Political Office cards are displayed nearby. After selecting a starting player, the game is ready to begin.
