How To Setup Vasco da Gama
To set up the game, players start by removing all the Coins and the Project/Ship, Merchant’s Ship, Character and Vasco da Gama Tiles from their frames. They then stick labels to obtain the necessary components, including the Sequence Numbers and Additional Action Discs. The coins are placed on the board to create a common supply, and the Sequence Numbers are placed following the numbering on the board. The Vasco da Gama Tiles are shuffled and placed face down, with the first Tile drawn and placed face up on top of the deck. For games with fewer than four players, unused Character Tiles are placed on their appropriate squares on the board.
