How To Setup Trial of the Temples
To set up the game, place the Trial Boards in a Red->Blue->Yellow clockwise configuration. Arrange the Temple Tiles around the center board in a circle, ensuring they are all on the Day Side. Place the spell cores on their corresponding-color Trial Boards, with the purple ones in the center. Adjust the number of Spell Cores based on the player count: remove 2 of each for 2 players, 1 of each for 3 players, and use all for 4 players. Randomly choose a Temple Tile and place the Day-and-Night Tile on it. Shuffle and pile the Round Tokens, set aside the crystals and Action Tokens, and distribute the Archmage figures, player boards, and player tokens to each player.
