How To Setup Trains and Stations
To set up the game, players start by shuffling the power cards and dealing three to each player, who then choose two to keep and return the third. Each player selects a color and takes the corresponding dice and buildings. White dice are placed next to the game board. Players receive three coins and three 1 VP cards, with the rest of the coins going to the bank. The first player is determined, often the last person to ride on a train, and is given the Conductor’s Hat token.
