    How To Setup Toko Island

    To set up Toko Island, place the two boat tiles together and insert the island board into the box to form the main playing area. Shuffle the treasure pieces and place them face down into the holes on the island, ensuring all gaps are filled. Lay the Cupboard of Curiosities sheet on either side A or B, depending on the chosen mission. Draw the action tiles from the bag and place them face down randomly on the boat, then flip them over. Finally, draw the mission cards, shuffle them, and place them face down into the boat, flipping the top card over.
