How To Setup The Rival Networks

To set up the game, each player chooses a house token and places it on the board on the respective blue or yellow side. Ratings points tokens are placed on the 0 spaces of the Time Slot Boards. Pilot Season cards are shuffled and dealt to each player’s 8PM, 9PM, and 10PM slots. The Show Deck is created by stacking the Season cards with a Season Finale card on top of each set. The top three cards of the Show Deck are flipped face-up to create the Show Display. Each player receives a random Starter Star, which is placed in their Green Room, and the Mega-Star cards are placed nearby. Star Cards, Ads cards, and Network Cards are shuffled and revealed in columns. Awards cards are separated by Season, with the Season 3 Award card kept face-down. If playing with Executives, each player draws two and keeps one. Finally, Viewer Tokens and Ratings Tokens are placed within reach.
