The Island of Doctor Lucky is a standalone board game and a prequel to Kill Doctor Lucky. It was designed by James Ernest and published by Cheapass Games in in 2018. The game takes place on a mysterious island where players compete to be the first to kill Doctor Lucky, a notoriously lucky and hard-to-kill character.
