    How To Setup Speed Circuit

Each player starts with a car having a Start Speed of 40 mph, Acceleration and Deceleration of 20 mph, Top Speed of 140 mph, and 4 Wear Points. Players can customize their cars using a pool of 5 points to adjust these attributes.
