How To Setup Quarriors!
To set up Quarriors!, start by placing the three basic resource cards (Assistant, Quiddity, Portal) in the middle of the play area. Add two Assistant dice and five Portal dice to their respective cards. Each player selects a bag and a corresponding Glory marker, and sets them up near the Glory track. Each player then takes eight Quiddity dice and four Assistant dice, which they place in their bag. The Wilds area is set up with randomly selected creature and spell cards, each matched with the corresponding dice[5″).
Gameplay Mechanics and Game Objective
Player Experience
Quarriors is a fast-paced game that combines strategic dice management with random elements of dice rolling. Players must balance capturing powerful creatures and spells with managing their dice pool effectively. The game is relatively quick, with two-player games lasting about 30-45 minutes, and three to four-player games ending just as swiftly. While luck plays a significant role due to dice rolling, strategic choices in what to buy and when can significantly impact the game’s outcome.

Personal Thoughts on Quarriors!
Quarriors is ideal for players who enjoy dice games and are looking for a mix of strategy and luck. It is particularly suited for those who like deck-building games but want to explore a dice-based version. While it may not offer the same level of depth as some other strategy games, its quick gameplay and high replayability make it an excellent addition to any game collection, especially for those who enjoy fast-paced, strategic fun. However, players seeking games with minimal luck and more complex strategies might find Quarriors less appealing in the long run.
