How To Setup Mythwind
To set up Mythwind, start by assembling the main board and placing the main town tray. Sort and organize the dice, event cards, weather cards, goal cards, adventure cards, goal tokens, and money tokens. Place the starting resource tokens at the spring tile on the main board. Add forest cards to their designated spaces, leaving space 7 for the Longhouse building. Place town action tiles on the board and roll the blue sprite die and orange villager die to place them below the Longhouse. Ensure no blank results by rerolling if necessary. The setup is designed to be quick and easy, typically under five minutes.

Personal Thoughts on Mythwind
Mythwind is ideal for players looking for a cozy, non-competitive gaming experience. It’s perfect for those who enjoy building and progressing in a game without the pressure of winning or losing. The game’s asymmetrical characters and persistent world make it a great choice for players who like to switch roles and explore different strategies. However, it may not be the best fit for players seeking deep strategic gameplay or a traditional endgame.
