Each player receives a satchel board, 3 Dragos (the game’s currency), and a cardboard market stall along with 12 matching goods in their color. Each player chooses 6 starting items to slot into their stall. Designate one player as the Guardian of the Dragos to manage the money, and another as the Time-Master to keep track of the time.
