How To Setup Kero
To set up the game, divide the deck of cards into specific piles: 3 Claim cards, 12 Start cards, and the remaining 24 cards. Divide the 24 cards into three roughly equal piles, place a Claim card on top of each, and shuffle each pile. Stack these piles together to form the draw pile, then place the Start cards on top. Shuffle the Tuarek tiles and form a draw pile, and place the Permanent Ability tiles next to the game board. Each clan collects 2 Jerrycans and 2 Tuarek tiles, and the player who fueled up most recently collects the First Player token.
