How To Setup Karvi

To set up Karvi, place the raid and trade tiles on their corresponding spots on the board. Distribute the special purple rune stones between the two spots in the upper corner. Position all player ships at the bottom center of the board. Set the Action Track board nearby with the modular board inserts placed according to the player count. Shuffle the Trade deck and display three cards. Assemble and place the three types of upgrade card decks near the board. Finally, ensure each player has the necessary starting components.
