Place the Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse pawns on the autograph spaces near the entrance. Remove the two autograph cards from the deck and place them on the board. Shuffle the event cards and place them on their designated space. Separate the attraction cards by color, shuffle each set, and distribute one card of each color to each player. Players choose their playing pieces and place them on one of the entrance spaces. The player who rolls the lowest number on the white die gets to start the game.
