Each player chooses a color and takes the corresponding spy agency pieces.The control center is placed in the center of the board.Each player places their spy agency pieces on their side of the board.The master modules are placed in the control center.

Gameplay Mechanics of Counter Intelligence

Players take turns moving their spy agency pieces.Players can move their pieces one space in any direction, including diagonally.Players can capture their opponent’s pieces by landing on the same space as their opponent’s piece.Players can also capture their opponent’s pieces by surrounding them on two opposite sides with their own pieces.The game ends when one player captures all of their opponent’s pieces or captures the master modules from the control center.
