How To Setup Cosmic Encounter Duel

Shuffle the Destiny Deck and draw a card to determine the starting player.

Each player selects an Alien Power card and takes the corresponding ships.

Shuffle the Encounter Cards and deal three to each player.

Set up the Cosmic Pool with ships.
