How To Setup Bumúntú

Place the game board in the center of the table.

Shuffle the tokens and place them face down in a pile.

Each player draws a token from the pile, and the player with the highest numbered token goes first.

Place each player’s tokens on their corresponding spaces on the board.

The first player token is given to the starting player.
