Remove the Oktoberfest card from the beer cards, shuffle the remaining beer cards, and place them face down beside the “Matilde” pile. Place the Oktoberfest card face up beside the beer pile. Players draw the top 5 cards into their hand, and the first player is chosen to begin the game.
