How To Setup Numbsters

To set up Numbsters, shuffle the 17 Numbster cards and draw 6 of them. Include the Mouth card in the drawn cards to form a stack of 7 cards. The stack cannot be reordered at this stage. The remaining cards are placed face-down to form the draw deck.

Gameplay Mechanics and Game Objective

Draw: Draw a new card from the deck and place it on top of the stack.

Move: Optionally move one card to any position in the stack or swap two cards in the stack.

Eat: A Numbster must eat another according to the eating rules. If two sequential Numbster cards surround the Mouth card, the smaller number eats the larger one and is discarded.

Special Eating Rules: Each Numbster card has a special eating rule that can be used instead of the basic rule. Using a special rule moves the top card to the bottom of the stack.

Objective: Win by reducing the stack to only two cards: the Mouth card and one other Numbster card, with the Numbster card on top.
