How To Setup Ghosted

Place the game board in the center of the table.

Each player chooses a ghost player board and meeple.

Shuffle the ghosted player board and tokens, and randomly select one player to be the ghosted player.

Distribute suspicion tokens to players.

Begin gameplay.
