Trappist One (2018)

TRAPPIST-1

TRAPPIST-1 is a cool red dwarf star with seven known exoplanets. It is located in the constellation Aquarius about 40.66 light-years away from Earth. The star was discovered in 1999 by astronomer John Gizis and colleagues during a survey of close-by ultra-cool dwarf stars. The name TRAPPIST-1 is a reference to the TRansiting Planets and PlanetesImals Small Telescope (TRAPPIST) project that discovered the first two exoplanets around the star. The seven planets orbiting TRAPPIST-1 have orbital periods ranging from 1.5–19 days, at distances of 0.011–0.059 astronomical units.

    Personal Thoughts on Trappist One

Trappist One is ideal for fans of science fiction and space-themed games who enjoy card management and strategic planning. While it offers an engaging experience, it may not be the best fit for those looking for highly complex or deeply thematic games. The game’s accessibility makes it a good introduction to more strategic card games, but the confusion in the rulebook may deter some new players. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those who enjoy mid-weight strategy games with a unique theme.
